Return Policy

We hope you love your OMNA pieces, but for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit for any items sent back within 10 days of delivery to you. 

Credit notes are valid for one year and for any item.  We do not offer refunds -- all items are non-refundable.

Conditions for exchanges or store credit:

    • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
    • Unworn or unused
    • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
    • Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any pouches or boxes that the jewelry was shipped in
    • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse on sale items or gift cards
    • We do not cover exchange shipping costs. Return shipping is the customer's cost
Once we have received and reviewed the return, we will issue a store credit or the desired exchange will be facilitated. 

    OMNA LUXE reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in an unsatisfactory position. Omna Luxe, is also not responsible for return items lost or damaged in the mail.

    HOW TO START A RETURN

    If you've met the above requirements, you may email us at support@omnaluxe.com and please include your request and order number in the subject lineWe’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

    DAMAGES

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
