*All orders are shipped with UPS or USPS from the United States. Orders placed on Monday to Friday will be processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping time frames are calculated at checkout. Please choose a shipping method that works best for you.
We will do our best get your items to you on time, but delays are to be expected. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery due to COVID-19 cancellations and shortages delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
For international shoppers, OMNA LUXE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES
OMNA LUXE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Even though our jewelry is built to last, it is important to treat your jewelry with a little extra care, to keep them looking shiny throughout the years.
Household chemicals, like bleach or ammonia can be damaging to metals and natural gemstones. Even when applying chemicals such as lotions or perfumes, your jewelry should be removed to ensure a long-lasting shine. We kindly suggest applying any lotions or perfumes BEFORE putting on jewelry.
